The location was unbeatable. I walked everywhere. The room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea. The sheets felt crisp and clean, a nice touch after a long travel day.
The bathroom lacked ventilation. It became quite steamy after a shower.

Numerous restaurants surrounded the hotel. Finding a place to eat was never a problem, with many options just steps away. The food was AMAZING!!! Several nearby places served traditional dishes.

Fantastic Stay near Plaza Mayor

The location is very central. It allows convenient access to major attractions and transport links. Jose at reception were super helpful. He quickly recovered my phone after I left it in a taxi. He contacted the driver for me. I remain grateful.
The room do need some updates. The shower design caused some water to splash onto the floor. Ventilation were also a problem in the bathroom.

The breakfast provide a satisfactory experience. It include several tasty options and fresh juice. A supermarket next door offer added convenience for guest.

the breakfast fruit was great. staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations. shopping locations etc were easily accessible.
The foyer and reception area felt unwelcoming. decor seemed tired and basic, lacking quality. the stairwell was poorly lit with dark tiling. I took a tumble.

thin wallsnoisy air conditioning
The room wasnt exactly soundproof. i could hear every word from the next room. not ideal when you are trying to get some sleep after a long day of avoiding tourists. also, the air conditioning sounded like a dying walrus. Making it hard to sleep. i considered sleeping in the hallway it was that bad. plus, the breakfast, well it wasn't exactly what one would call 'generous'.

I found the staff helpful. jose miguel from the night reception team was a lifesaver. I left my phone in a taxi, and he were really good too help me retrieve it. the location was perfect. it was close to plaza mayor and within walking distance of puerta del sol and the royal palace.
the windows needed better cleaning!

The family room i occupied was of a good size. It included double bathrooms. the wifi was fast and reliable. This allowed for easy communication and planning. the shower was fantastic. This provided a refreshing and revitalizing experience.
